A Cappella Intensive

Choose one of our summer music and art programs, designed for different age groups and experience levels:​

  • A Cappella Intensive for high school and college students (Ages 16-21)

  • Summer Choir Camp for students entering Grades 4-8 

  • Art and Music Camp for students entering Grades 1-3

 

Our half-day camps are geared toward children and youth who love music, singing, and art.

 

Join us this summer to explore your artistic talents in a company of other gifted musicians and artists. Sing, play, and create art in an encouraging, supportive environment, under the direction of our exceptional, caring staff.  

 

We are looking for students who are eager to learn and be a part of a great team. No previous experience is needed. 

Summer A Cappella Intensive for High School and College Students

Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-4:30PM     

 

"A Cappella: purely vocal music, without instrumental accompaniment."

Join the A Cappella Intensive for an exciting week of singing, learning, recording, and collaborating with other young talented performers.

The students will work on the following Repertoire, Skills, and Techniques during the Camp:

  • Contemporary A Cappella Repertoire

  • Healthy Vocal Production

  • Recording Techniques

  • Musicianship/Sight-Reading

  • Performance Skills

  • Solo Singing Opportunities

  • Audition Preparation

  • Music Technology

  • Movement

The Camp will culminate with a performance.

Don't live in Los Angeles but want to take part? No problem! Our summer camps are offered online via Zoom and you can join.

The Children's Choir Camp is a joyful, engaging summer music-making experience for young people who love to sing. The campers will have lots of fun while they sing a variety of outstanding music, receive instruction in voice, musicianship, recording techniques, acting, movement, art, instrumental music, and participate in musical activities and games. The students will create virtual video performances and collaborate with other young musicians in the US and around the world. The week-long program will culminate with a virtual video concert. Practice tracks for learning songs and guide tracks for virtual choir recordings will be provided.

The Camp will culminate with a community performance.

Join us for a week of music, art, creativity, and fun! Campers will sing, play instruments, create artwork, explore new skills, and make lasting friendships in a supportive and inspiring environment.

The week culminates in a special Music & Art Showcase, featuring a live performance and exhibition of campers’ creative work.
