We had a wonderful recording session in collaboration with the talented artist, composer and music producer Lawrence Rothman. The recording studio came to us for this high energy session, complete with an array of high-quality microphones, mic stands, earphones, cables, etc.

The composer introduced his new song to the singers, and after a quick rehearsal the kids were ready to begin recording. The singers did several takes of the song, in different parts and vocal combinations. Mr. Rothman also wanted to record the children's voices singing in a variety of dynamics and tone colors, from soft and angelic to loud and boisterous. The singers experimented with different spacing and standing orders and even sang a few takes with their backs turned to the microphones. The experimentation with the sound in recording is a very fun part of the creative process for the singers.

The song is expected to be released in May.
