The MUSYCA Children’s Choir will present its annual Spring Concert on Sunday, May 17 at 5:00 PM at Northridge United Methodist Church. The performance marks the organization’s season finale and features all of MUSYCA’s choral ensembles: KiderChoir, Junior Chorus, Melody Choir, Harmony Choir, the Young Men's Chorus, and MUSYA Chamber Singers.
The program is part of the nationwide celebration of America’s 250th anniversary and highlights a wide range of choral music reflecting the country’s diverse musical traditions. Repertoire will include folk songs, spirituals, jazz standards, show tunes, beloved classics, and other well-known works.
The concert will include a special recognition of MUSYCA’s graduating high school seniors, honoring their years of dedication and achievement in the program, as well as their service to the community through performances, collaborations, and outreach.
The concert is open to the public.
